Seymours is a global shortbread company, widely known for their handmade Irish shortbread. The brand was struggling with all elements of their online channel (social media, email marketing, and online store) and looked for a partner who could deliver high-quality, mobile-responsive website design and story-focused creative, copy and planning for their social media and email marketing campaigns.
Thooja and Seymours strategised on the migration from PrestaShop to Shopify and our team seamlessly transferred all orders, products, and customer data to Shopify. Our team designed and developed a world-class Shopify store for Seymours that provides a mobile-first checkout experience for biscuit lovers. Our website copy’s tone was tailored to the Seymours’ target market to optimize conversion rates.
Using Klaviyo email marketing automation, we implemented abandoned cart nurturing to retarget visitors who “dropped” their carts. We created automation sequences (“flows”) in Klaviyo to convert email newsletter subscribers into some of Seymours’ most loyal repeat customers.
Seymours’ online store has seen a drastic increase in conversions since working with Thooja, which has been incredibly important for Seymours whose brick-and-mortar sales have dropped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
